write permissions: scm_l10n
read permissions: world
hooks: both python:mozhghooks.pushlog and python:mozhghooks.single_head_per_branch.hook.

I have not heard of a specific SLA for this. Within a week would be my guess, based on load of the team. If there's a business need to have it sooner, please update both bugs with that information.

Once this repo is created, you will be able to start committing. It will be another day or so before the git mirror is set up. Again, if there are deadlines that need to be met, please let us know.

FYI, this confused webheads, I think. I got 404s on first try to hg clone it, and my poller, too:
