On Gecko startup:

Might not be a bug because there are no live snippets now? Margaret?

Maybe I shouldn't have logged that as an error, since that's actually expected... On first run, we haven't fetched snippets from the server yet (and we don't want to do that during startup because performance), so we just log this message instead.

This isn't really an error, since it's an expected case, but let's still log it in case someone is confused about why snippets didn't show up. I don't know that this really needs a review, but hey, why not :)
