Since we're creating the "Top 100" progress bar and we want to rally localizers aound this goal we should also display the graphic in the metrics section of the locale. The graphic would be the same as the "Top 20" articles and "All articles" but showing the metrics on the "Top 100" articles.

Yeah, I assume it's a simple copy/paste with a few parameter changes, so if it doesn't require a ton of work - please add this :-)

Adding to sprint 2015.8 and also requesting a new estimate. Since we already have exactly the same thing for top 20 articles, I'm assuming it's not a 3pointer anymore?

Considering there may be a similar dashboard already, this isn't a 3 pointer anymore. But the dashboards are hard and often have secret surprised waiting, so we always do at least 2 pts for dashboards.
