We need a new test harness to running guided semi-automated WebAPI verification tests on real devices, as part of the FxOS certification suite.
as a note, development on this was happening over here: https://github.com/andreastt/certtest, will pick up the work again soon.
Our Sprint 1 (March 17th) deliverable here is:

* A harness that can be invoked to run guided manual WebAPI tests.
** The harness can assume Marionette is present.
** The harness will allow "simple" WebAPI tests to be written (e.g., battery, proximity); some harness changes may be needed in future sprints to allow writing tests for more complex scenarios (e.g., network).
** The WebAPI tests themselves are not a part of this deliverable; those will mostly be handled in subsequent spints.
This work is being put on hold (to be picked up again in Sprint 2) so that Andreas and Malini can assist Rob Wood in making some manual WebAPI tests that can be run in the very-short-term by Taipei engineers. The remaining Sprint 1 deliverables are not affected.
Our Sprint 2 goal (due Mar 27) is:

* deliver a basic harness that can be used by Accenture and others to begin test writing
* integrate with fxos-cert repo and the meta-harness
