Hi, we'd like to create two new components for managing the incoming request queues for the Mozilla VPN.

Product "Infrastructure & Operations", components:

Mozilla VPN: ACL requests
Mozilla VPN: Support requests

This will help us break out the end-user support and frequent ACL requests from our internal team queue, "Infrastructure: OpenVPN", so that we can more effectively find and triage requests, as well as bring in other teams to assist with end-user support.

I made these up, hopefully they're appropriately formatted for the purpose.

"Support requests for any issues using the Mozilla VPN (software, connection failures, authentication, etc.)"

and

"ACL requests for the Mozilla VPN (granting or revoking user access to hosts)."
