When user successfully exports contacts to Memory Card then returns to contacts list and selects the Search box, taps the x button then the cancel button, the result is a white overlay that hides the contacts list. When user taps in an area suspected of where an existing contact should be, the contact details are displayed. However, the white or blank appearing screen gives the impression that no contacts exist. Video evidence is provided in the bug.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated buri to BuildID: 20140220040203
2) Tap Contacts App and the gear icon to export Contacts to Memory Card
3) After export completes, return to Contacts list page and the Search box
4) Tap the x until it vanishes then tap the cancel button 


Actual:
Contacts list appears to have vanished with a white or blank screen showing over the list. However, if user taps in an area suspected of a contact, the contact details page appears.

Expected:
Contacts list appears normally.

This issue does not reproduce on Buri 1.3 Following the STR in Comment 0 the expected outcome of all contacts appear without the white blank screen appearing over the contacts list

This issue started reproducing on the 02/07/14 1.4 build.

The following regression window was found using tinderbox builds:

Additionally, after swapping the builds' geckos, I've found that this is a gecko issue.

From the screen shown at the end of the video this looks an awful lot like bug 972091.

This issue does *not* reproduce for me on the 02/26/14 1.4 build on a Buri.
