The pulldowns for start and end time in the Bookmark Properties dialog sometimes
have a scroll icon at the top when they display past the bottom of the screen. 
At other times they don't.  In both cases, however, there is no icon at the
bottom of the screen, so the offscreen list items cannot be accessed--it's
necessary to move the dialog up to see items near the bottom of the list.

If the dialog is moved sufficiently far down the screen, the pulldown appears
above the widget, and all items can be selected.

Linux builds 2001072306 and 2001082808, RedHat 7.1 under XFree86 4.0.3.
