As a part of the tabs UX exploration, a question came up about an "extended" edge swipe; if the user swipes up could we show the urlbar, then bring in a panel below that if they continue dragging up.
This patch just adds event listeners to the chrome window to demonstrate that no touch events are fired while the edge gesture is going on.

Log out events to prove/disprove the idea that no touch events are fired while a MozEdgeUIGesture is underway

Concensus seems to be that the OS doesn't hand us any events while that edge gesture is underway. Unless you have any other ideas on how to accomplish this we can resolve complete with that result of the investigation being "no".

This is correct, the device captures input so that edge gestures don't fire random input.
