radicale.js in https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/apps/calendar/test/marionette/lib/radicale.js should handle the situation if there is no Radicale CalDAV server installed yet. It should output the error message like "Warning: Caldav related tests have not been ran. If you want to run them, follow these instructions: <link to instructions>".
