Camera autofocus is not respected anymore
When taking a picture on a device that has autofocus, if focusing fails we still take the image. In the past, we did not. This happens in both plain camera usage or while handling pick activity. STR: 0. Make sure your device has autofocus and it's enabled in the settings of the camera app. 1. Take a picture of something very close Expected: You get the red ring of failing autofocus and no picture is saved or proposed in case of a pick activity. Actual: You get the red ring of failing autofocus but a picture is saved on the SD card and it is proposed to be picked in case of a pick activity. B2G devices with autofocus that I know of are: Nexus S, Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and Peak.
Did we change this behaviour?
NI'ing wilson/justin to see if one of them knows if we changed the behavior

I assume we no longer need regression-window here... Jason, please set the tag back if you still want it done.
