Promised only for few days, so here is a patch to revert it.
I intentionally only revert (remove) the browser pref, since when we want to do this again via this "temp" pref, we keep problems eliminated, unless fixed (where the fix will remove the pref reference from related places: test infra prefs or talos config.)
