Details

STR:
1. Turn on Accessibility/Screen Reader on a Firefox OS device.
2. Try to set the speech rate in that same screen.

Result: The rate can only be set to normal or very fast.
Expected: Should be more granular, like the Volume slider.
We no longer work or support Firefox OS, so I am resolving this bug as WONTFIX.
