Details

STR:
1. On a Firefox OS device, turn on Accessibility/Screen Reader.
2. Typ and double-tap one of the sliders for speech rate or volume.
3. Swipe up and down to change the value.

Expected: The new value should be spoken after the setting got adjusted, so the new volume and speech rate are immediately audible.
Actual: Silence is heard.
