DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 [FTU] Date & Time settings, interface won't refresh when area or city changed.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. launch FTU, step to Date & Time settings page.
 2. change area or city, the selected item didn't show on interface. --KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 show selected city or area on interface instantly after selection done.

Yes, right. That's why I mark it as regression.
It's on V1.3  After my inverstigation, it's because moztimechange even't isn't fire when
change the city or region.
