Profiles have links to several user lists, and it would be nice to link languages to user lists too. Creating user lists for languages is covered in bug 976339.

This bug is to link the languages shown on someone's profile to the user lists corresponding to those languages.

No my or was closed because the portal will be rewritten very soon (right now they are working on it) so they are not accepting new features.
