 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 can't open  streaming through bookmark in home screen
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Enable wifi or mobile data;
 2.Open browser and go to:http://imps.tcl-ta.com/liuqiong/media/content_e5.html;
 3.Choose Video Media;
 4.Select any one streaming to play;
 5.Press star icon at the right bottom corner;
 6.Select 'Add to home screen';
 7.Input website name if this is blank.Press 'Add to home screen'.
 8.Open this bookmark in home screen,but can't be opened.->KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 Can open this bookmark and streaming play normally.

NEEDINFO myself to take a quick look to see what's going on

This is the system wrapper, not the browser app.

I have a hunch that this might be a bug I've seen when the wrapper appends a "/" character to the end of loaded URLs, which makes some URLs invalid.
