(Whiteboard: [translation] p=0 s=it-32c-31a-30b.1 [qa!])

Once a user has clicked the button on the Translation infobar to translate a page, the infobar status changes to indicate that translation is in progress. Once the translation process is complete, the infobar needs to change once more to a "Translated" state.

This final infobar contains:

- An ability to close the infobar.
- A dropdown menu indicating what language the page has been written in (to be detected by the browser).
- A dropdown menu indicating what language the page has been translated into (the users default language).
- A button to show the original page.
- Advanced options menu
