Current Behavior ----- about:accounts showing fxa email verification persists even after user has verified account. Thus the user's state is != browser UI. Expected Behavior ----- When a user is verified to FXA the ONLY screen they should be able to see on any instance of about:accounts is the manage screen. In particular, any screens showing pre-authenticated states should update to the manage screen.
