Click on "See bugs in this compnent" (step 3) of
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-helper.html
or any JavaScript open-window command. Then hit
PgDn. The page does not move down, but the location
window drops down instead.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on open window
2.hit PgDn
3.
Actual Results: Location window drops.
Expected Results: Go down on main page.
This may be related to another annoying bug/feature.
When I use "Open in new window," the new window does
not have focus. I need to click in it before PgDn
works. But in that case the location window does not
have focus. I don't know what does.

Duping to 53549. I reopened that bug because of this bug. If they close the
bug again, I will reopen this one as a new bug.

In 0.9.4, the behavior is much better, with one exception. In
an ssh terminal window on RH Linux, you can click on a link and
the browser will go to it. In this case, the focus is still on
the location window. The focus should always be on the main
window, I think.

Un-Duping per Blake Ross's request to open a new bug for this issue rather than
reopeining bug 53549.
