When you're downloading two files at the same time, double taping on the download button will display an app bar that display's "2 downloads have been completed" but the two downloads are still actually in progress and nothing has been completed. This only happens when you have more than one downloading going at the same time.

Video of the issue:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open fxmetro
2) Go to http://www.blender.org/download/ and start the downloading the application
3) Tap on the download button a few times and you'll notice that the progress info bar is appearing (correct behavior)
4) Go to http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html and start the downloading the application
5) One both downloads are being downloaded at the same time, tap on the download button twice
6) You'll notice that one of the info bars will indicate that both downloads have been completed (incorrect behavior)

Current Behavior:

- When you have two downloads going at the same time, taping on the download button will slide in a second info app bar indicating that "2 downloads have been completed" which is incorrect as the two downloads are still in progress and haven't been completed

Expected Behavior:

- The "2 downloads have been completed" infobar should only be appearing once the download(s) have been completed.

Found the issue using the following build:
