977364 - original download info app bar progress appears frozen if download is dismissed in another tab

When you initiate a download and leave the info app bar opened, returning to that tab once the download has been completed will still display the info app bar and it will appear as the download has been frozen. In reality, the download was already completed and the "complete info app bar" was dismissed in another tab.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open fxmetro
2) Open http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html [Tab A]
3) Open http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page [Tab B]
4) Once you have both tabs opened, go back to [Tab A] and start the download
5) Once it starts downloading, switch over to [Tab B] but don't dismiss the info app bar
6) Once the download has been completed, close the download app bar in [Tab B]
7) Switch back to [Tab A] and you'll notice that the download info app bar is still opened and appears frozen

Current Behavior:

- The original download info app bar appears frozen if you return to it once the download has been completed and dismissed in another tab

Expected Behavior:

- Once the download(s) has been completed, the info bar shouldn't be left behind in any tab

Found the issue using the following build:
- http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2014-02-26-03-02-02-mozilla-central/

Kamil, I think this might have been fixed by bug 967793, can you verify?

Sam, this is still happening on all current channels. Used the following builds to verify:
- http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2014-03-07-03-02-02-mozilla-central/
- http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2014-03-07-00-40-02-mozilla-aurora/
- http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/28.0b9/win32/en-US/

Used the steps from comment #0 and the download app bar was still left behind if you use the STR.
