We would like to make a policy change on these components and make use of in-testsuite flag. Please ensure all components have the flag enabled.

would it be ok if instead i made it visible on all firefoxOS components?
the current system is opt-in, so when a new gaia component is created we need to be told explicitly in "please create this component" bug which flags are relevant.
if we make it product-wide, then all new components will automatically get this flag.
of course the down side of that is the flag may be visible on components where it is no relevant. in this case we can exclude those components (ie. switch from opt-in to opt-out).

sorry, i should have checked the configuration before commenting.. in-testsuite is already configured to be visible for all components in firefoxOS.
are there any bugs where this flag is not visible but needs to be?

Hum... my bad, I checked "Tracking Flags" but not "Flags" ....
