Steps to reproduce:

A.- Overview Description (technical background, concise explanation of the bug):
The time format is set to "24 hours" as default and doesn't allow to change it.

    ________________________________________________________________________________
B.- Steps to Reproduce (initial conditions, required resources, step by step instructions to reproduce):
1- Perform a "Factory data reset" to the DuT.
2- Go to Apps.
3- Settings.
4- Date & Time.
5- Check the time format.
6- Check if the DuT allows changing of time format just in the entire menu options.

Actual results:

The time format is set to "24 hours" by default and the DuT does not offer a time format selector, the unique way to change it is by changing language too, because english language brings "12-Hour" time format and spanish language brings the "24-Hour" time format.

Expected results:

According to Annex 059 the time format must be in "12 Hours" by default. The DuT should offer an option to change the time format without have to change the language
