In release (27), about:buildconfig shows "secure firefox page" in the location bar's identity panel. In nightly (30), it does not.

m-c regression range on my Windows 7 machine: Good: ba9ecdea3a90 (2013-11-19) Bad: 4f993fa378eb (2013-11-20) Unfortunately mozregression isn't cooperating for inbound builds, so I can't give a smaller range for now.

m-i regression range on a Ubuntu 13.10 VM: Last good revision: bf15e2032c38 First bad revision: 4f993fa378eb Pushlog: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/pushloghtml?fromchange=bf15e2032c38&tochange=4f993fa378eb From Bug 935753 Comment 4, this changes looks intentional.

Thanks for finding the change, Cykesiopka. I think it's odd to say "connection not encrypted" and "no identity information" for these pages. We don't disable the security indicators for https://twitter.com pages depending on "how important" we think the tweet is; why would we do the same for internal pages?

(Despite the wording of comment 3, I don't feel too strongly about this.)

Forward-duping because it seems this was reconsidered recently, with a larger scope than just about:buildconfig.
