When user launches Browser App, clears both cookies and stored data, navigates to a website, long taps the homescreen button, closes the browser app through Card View and relaunches the browser app, there is a blank window displayed on the Top sites page.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140227040202
2) Launch Browser App and clear browsing history, cookies and stored data
3) Navigate to any website (ex: www.espn.com)
4) Long tap homescreen button and close Browser App through Card View
5) Relaunch Browser App
Actual:
Website previously viewed displays in Top sites area as well as a blank window to its right.
Expected:
Website previously viewed is the only window displayed in top sites area

This issue reproduces on the latest 1.3 Buri. Following the STR from Comment 0 displays a blank window to the right of the previously viewed website within the Top sites area of Homepage.

This is to spec, it's designed to always have an even number of tiles by padding with a blank tile.
