Details

STR: Look up Nuwa's pid and manually kill -9 it. Observed: After a few seconds a second "(Preallocated a" appears. Optionally, repeat STR for a third, etc. Expected: Nuwa is restarted at some point, either immediately or lazily when the next child would be forked, but we don't have more than one preallocated process at a time.
Nuwa is gone after bug 1284674.
