-Click View | Apply theme | classic
-dismiss the dialogue that advises that the theme switch won't take affect until 
restart.
-Click File | Exit

crash everytime

simply quiting the browser any other timne does not cause a crash.

probably a dup of bug 97770.  (itself a likely dup of bug 97658)

yep, poking through the pile of talk back reports I generated this morning, it 
looks like the same crash in nsComponentManagerImpl::Shutdown() as in 97770

marking this a dupe of that
