The photo upload page was getting exceptions trying to create wrappers for DataTransfer objects, since lack of this in QI was taking us down the XPConnect codepath and we have no classinfo anymore

Reproduced in nightly 2014-02-28. Verified fixed FF 31.0a1 (2014-03-18), Win 7 x64.
