978145 - Four icons to represent form factors

Remember those sweet icons you made in https://bug969242.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8372057 ?  We're talking about finishing the rest of Tony's old design (http://people.mozilla.org/~asantos/devhubSubmission032013/ and click "validate") at the same time but we'd need icons for:

1) Phone / One-hand device; tall viewport, supports touch
2) Tablet / Two-hand device; wide viewport, supports touch
3) Desktop; wide viewport, keyboard & mouse
4) Responsive; it works everywhere

(Note that we don't need the other icons on that page, the design has evolved a bit)

These are also used in the reviewer tools (eg. https://www.dropbox.com/s/kpemwsl8ixxo6pf/Screenshot%202014-02-28%2009.44.07.png ) so we also need an equivalent size to represent this there.

Actually, I think we discussed that the reviewer tools would show the platform (fxos, android, desktop) rather than the form factor. We can either also show the form factor in the queue (though space is tight) or in the app details along with the rest of the details.

Ah, just removing the logos in the icons then, ok.  Philip - if you want a separate bug for that, let us know.  Thanks.

Can be turned into SVG and resized easily, so these icons are a definite upgrade.

We don’t care about platforms (ie. we just care about sets of features), so we won’t need any icon that represents Android and Firefox OS, right? For example, if a developer wants to enable the “payment” checkbox, doing this will automatically disable Firefox OS devices.
