Steps To Reproduce:
1. Click Bookmarks widget to open pull down
2. Click "View Bookmarks Sidebar" to open the sidebar
3. Click Bookmarks widget to open pull down

Actual Results:
Label "View Bookmarks Sidebar" shift to left (Nightly30.a01 and Aurora29.a2).
But, no indication the state of the bookmarks sidebar (Nightly30.a01).

Expected Results:
Check mark should be indicated (Nightly30.a01 and Aurora29.a2).
And "View Bookmarks Sidebar" should be highlighted(Nightly30.a01).
