Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox with new clean profile
2. Toggle tabgroup(Ctrl+Shift+E)

Actual Results:
Titlebar and window controls flickers.
(Content of tabgroup moves up and down when exiting tabgroup.)

Expected Results:
No flicker

This happens since Australis merge day
