Currently when you tap the prefs button in the nav bar you get a simple context menu. I think in time though we're going to want to turn this into something more similar to the preferences drop down in fx desktop.

1) it would be nice to expose more advanced features like:

- page zoom (when it's working)
- js console access
- find in page
- help
- switch to desktop
- new window
- save page

very similar to what desktop has.

2) we probably want to get this setup the way we want it before we support addons, since addons will likely want to add entries here.
