This is an interesting issue. When I first loaded the site on the Firefox OS phone, it seemed to load without any CSS applied, while it was rendering just fine in Firefox on Android. After a few reloads, the styling was suddenly applied and the site looks normal. I'll have to get back to this and see if I can figure out a pattern..
Receiving the desktop site. No issue with the CSS though.
OK, based on the screenshot: http://hallvord.com/temp/moz/ar/comp/050-anses.gob.ar.png I think the site just wasn't quite finished loading when the script took a screenshot. It still works for me - loading without CSS seems to have been just a hiccup. (The site doesn't have a mobile version, so getting the desktop version is expected.)
