The telam.com.ar site intends to send mobile browsers to a mobile version of their site, but is not configured to detect Firefox OS devices as smartphones.

HTTP traffic analysis that demonstrates how some devices are redirected and not others:

Firefox Android and Safari on iPhone are redirected to http://www.telam.com.ar/movil/, Firefox OS not
