Similar to bug 885901, we need to have builds for the ZTE Open C. It appears that we need instructions on how to build before we can build automation, hence this bug.
Per B2G drivers and coordinating meetings, we're going to hold off on these until we know if the Flame build will work for this device. Please re-open if it turns out we do need dedicated builds for this device.

due to there is no config for open c, I have no idea.
