When you initially launch fxmetro, only two of the default bookmarks will appear under the "Bookmarks" category. Once the onboarding screen is dismissed, the third bookmark will appear. We should probably be displaying all the default bookmarks initially rather than just displaying the two and than surprising users with more bookmarks.

Video of issue:

Steps to reproduce the issue: (make sure it's a fresh installation)

1) Open fxmetro
2) You'll notice that only "About Us" and "Give Feedback" are currently visible
3) Slide in the Navigation App Bar and create several new tabs using the "+" button
4) You'll notice that "Get Involved" will appear this time around (you'll have three visible)

Current Behavior:

- Not all the default bookmarks are initially appearing while the onboarding screen is visible (only "About Us" & "Give Feedback")

Expected Behavior:

- We should probably be displaying all the default bookmarks right off the bat once the user launches fxmetro
We display only 2 bookmarks on purpose, to match the spec at https://bug941284.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8344046

We can add the third bookmark or switch to an overlay and a 'got it' button similar to bug 949213. Longer term I really like the idea of a multi-page tutorial similar to what Yuan had on the usability study. For example Google's search app first run tutorial is pretty cool and instructive for people not too familiar with metro. Yuan, thoughts?
