Once we have an on-device target for MarionetteJS tests (bug 978884) we should stand them up on Jenkins, so we can compare stability and maintenance activities with the existing gaia-ui-tests.

Originally we were thinking of using jenkins and phones, but now we have some more resources like a pool of remote devices and taskcluster, so we may not restrict ourselves to jenkins
