bug details (under little right arrow) don't work.
see attached screenshot..
Just to note, everything seems to still work if you set the Timezone to Los Angeles (so, the same as the server's default, PST), but didn't work when I tried somewhere in India or North Dakota.

Think I finally solved this lingering issue :) Let me know if this still exists after this weeks production push.
