Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox for metro.
2. Open at least 3 different tabs.
3. Bring up the tab navigation bar and click on each tile, subsequently.

Expected result: Each tab is selected, as the user clicks it.

Actual result: After clicking each tab a few times, some of them are no longer selectable for a brief moment.

This issue is reproducible on Windows 8 Pro 32-bit using:
- the latest Beta (Build ID: 20140303165517) [1]
- the latest Aurora (Build ID: 20140304004003) [2]
- the latest Nightly (Build ID: 20140303030201) [3]

[1] Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0
[2] Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0
[3] Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0
This seems to be only happening when you're using a mouse. Sometimes the click won't get registered and you'll have to click on the tile one more time. This also seems to happen only when you're rapidly clicking through the tabs.

- 3 tabs opened, clicking on each one in order and waiting about one second (couldn't reproduce the issue)
- 3 tabs opened, clicking on each one in rapid succession (reproduced the issue)
In terms of shipping Metro I do not think this should block shipping in Firefox 28 as this seems to be an edge-case. Please speak up if you disagree.
