Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to news.google.com
2. Open an article
3. Long tap on the text for the action bar to appear
4. Copy the the selected text

Expected result:
The "text copied to clipboard" notification appears.

Actual result:
The "text copied to clipboard" notification appears but is almost transparent and it can't be read.

NOTE:This happens also for add-ons notification. Please see the screen-shot.
