Steps to Reproduce:

(1) Go to mozillaquest.com.
(2) Look at the left column.

Result: it's jumbled and misaligned.  I assume this is table-related.  It's a
very recent regression.

Note: the only thing messed up is the left column.  The rest of the ugliness is
by design.

Odd... thought I just duped this.  Maybe I killed the window by mistake?

Anyways, I assume this is a dup of the table breakage that started around 010830.
