979431 - Please rename Talkilla product to Loop and update User Stories extension

Please can we:

- Update user-story editing to work for the "Loop" product at/before the time of the rename
- rename the "Talkilla" product to "Loop".
- change the description to 

<a href="https://wiki.mozilla.org/Loop">Loop</a> uses WebRTC to add real-time communications to the user's web browsing experience.

As you may know this will break any existing saved queries that look for product=Talkilla so they will need to be updated accordingly.

I will make code change now and that should go out with the next push, hopefully tomorrow. Then I will rename the product in the admin UI.
