Reproduced on Nightly and 26.
STR:
- Open up a browser window
- Enter the URL: https://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/FS/FSUSB42.pdf
observe progress get to about 50% and then hang.
Also tried:
- wget https://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/FS/FSUSB42.pdf
- and doing a File->Open File... yields a spinner and 100% CPU
File opens fine in acrobat reader.

Just tried on Nightly and it loaded instantly.
I'm on Windows 7.

I just tried again on the Aurora that's running on my machine and it also seems to be working.
I'll go ahead and close this for now.
