When I come across a .doc file on the web, I have to download it,
use wvHtml on it to convert it to HTML, and then point Mozilla at the
new HTML file to read it. It'd be cool if I could add a preference (like
the helper application preferences) to say "translate MIME type
text/vnd.ms-word to text/html with external app wvHtml", and have it display
right in the window like Mozilla actually understood what a .doc file
was.

I'm guessing that this would be an XP Miscellany component, but I really
have no clue.
XP Miscellany is for code-level bugs, and probably shouldn't exist anyway.
Guessing this should go to Networking.
