 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 
 setStaticIpMode failed
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 
 We need to test wifi connection with static ip and find that a function is    provided in gecko.
 
  nsIDOMDOMRequest setStaticIpMode(in jsval network,
                                      in jsval info);
 
 And then we called this function.
 
 we met a lot of problems with using this function. It doesn't work.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 
 It should work fine with us.
