Steps to reproduce:

- User swipes down to see notification area and current data consumption


Actual results:

- User notices it's reseted to zero before current established reset date

Expected results:

- User sees the current and actual data consumption of the ongoing period,  CostContol resets cost to zero according to what user specified in config
OS: All → Gonk (Firefox OS)
