Scroll using the scroll bar or the cursor keys. Actual Results: Scrolling is slow and uses lots of CPU cycles. Expected Results: Smooth fast scrolling, hardly any CPU use. This could be a dupe of bug 96088, but I'm not completely sure.

This WFM as well. But as I have upgraded my machine in the meantime, I'm not sure this bug is really fixed. On my AMD K6-II+ 500, it was slow. On my Athlon 1400, it's not slow anymore. WD, what kind of machine are you using?
tried on win2k build, and it works just fine. since no additional feedback from the reporter, and base on everyone elses' comment, closing this bug as WORSFORME. please reopen if problem still exists.
