Gaia-integration tests on OSX are failing because they attempt to extract the B2G Desktop archive; this works on linux, but on OSX these are a .dmg file and we need to use mozinstall to install it.

This removes our install override, so that the default mozinstall method is used, and supplies a default application value so that mozinstall knows to expect the binary to be 'b2g' rather than 'firefox'.
