Details

Full page reload (Ctrl+F5) doesn't currently maintain scroll position (refresh / F5 does). This is an annoyance in web development where I often need to do full reloads and Firefox scrolls to the top.

Note 1: IE behaves the same. Chrome maintains the scroll position.

Note 2: there are many bug reports here about how "page reload doesn't maintain the scroll position", however, those were bugs in the F5 functionality. This one is specifically about Ctrl+F5, i.e., full reloads.
