Other locales seem not to be affected when checking ftp or aus urls with changed locale codes.

says the log http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2014-03-06-03-02-01-mozilla-central-l10n/mozilla-central-macosx64-l10n-nightly-pl-bm84-build1-build1132.txt.gz

There's only a change on feb 24 in the localization, http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/pl/pushloghtml?startdate=2014-02-20&enddate=2014-03-03, so that needs to be something in the automation.

The signing server will allow dmgs up to 83886080 bytes for signing.
The repack was trying to upload a 319148 byte larger file (84205228 in total).
pl has 4.4M of dictionary files (uncompressed), vs 0.6M for en-US, so it's quite a bit larger than our en-US builds.

Bumps the limit up by 5MB to 85MB for dmg and mar files (bug 974570 is landing soon).

Puppet will push this out within an hour, and the next set of nightlies should be ok for pl mac.
